Implementation Checklist¶
Last Updated: 2026-09-30 Applies to: AXITRAQ Web Platform (axitraq.app)
The Implementation Checklist is the record of setting up a new AXITRAQ account. It follows the same sections as the paper setup form: account ownership, business details, structure, people, assets, suppliers, parts, clients, forms, templates, catalogues, labels and the rollout review.
Use it while the account is being established, and keep it afterwards as the record of what was done.
Who can see it¶
The menu item sits under Dashboard and above My Forms. It is not shown to everyone.
- The Account Owner can always open it and update it.
- A platform Super User can open it while working in the company under a support grant. A read-only grant can view the checklist and cannot change it.
- The person who establishes the account before an Account Owner is assigned can use it during that setup. When they assign or transfer ownership, they keep the ability to update the checklist.
- Anyone else needs the Implementation Checklist permission.
To share it, open Access, choose the person’s login, and under Web Access turn on Implementation Checklist:
- View lets them read the record.
- Edit lets them tick steps, change status and add or edit notes.
View without Edit is the read-only share. The Account Owner’s own access cannot be removed from this permission.
Working through the checklist¶
The top of the page records:
- Business name
- Implementation lead
- Account Owner
- Target rollout date
A progress bar counts completed steps. Sections marked Not applicable are left out of that count.
Each section has:
- Status — Not started, In progress, Ready for review, Complete, or Not applicable
- Person responsible
- The steps for that part of the setup
- Outstanding actions for the section
- Notes
The first tick in a section moves it from Not started to In progress. You can change the status yourself at any time.
The last section includes the rollout review: reviewed by, review date, whether the account is approved for the initial rollout, and any outstanding actions.
Changes save as you go. The page shows who last updated the checklist and when, using the company’s time zone.
Ticks and notes¶
Hover a completed step to see who ticked it and when. The same time is shown beside the step.
Notes sit under each section. Anyone with edit permission can add a note, edit one, or remove one. Each note shows who added it and when. An edited note also shows who edited it and when.
The sections¶
- Establish your account and confirm ownership
- Complete your business details
- Set up your business structure
- Define employee types and permissions
- Add employees
- Add assets and equipment
- Establish vendors and suppliers
- Add parts and materials
- Establish clients
- Create forms and checklists
- Configure branded document templates
- Create stock and asset catalogues
- Apply and test QR codes and barcodes
- Test your initial workflows and prepare for rollout
Sections that mention imports, catalogues or labels include the same guidance as the paper form, including when to contact AXITRAQ Support before a large import.
Assistance¶
AXITRAQ Concierge can help with account establishment, data preparation, configuration, forms, templates and rollout. Import assistance is described at the bottom of the checklist: straightforward imports from suitably formatted files can often be reviewed at no charge, and larger migration work is scoped separately.
