Billing, Add-ons and Supplies¶
This page explains how subscriptions, add-ons and physical supplies work in AXITRAQ. You manage all of it from Company → Subscription & Billing.
Billing actions are available to your account Owner and to users with the appropriate management permission.
Your subscription¶
Your plan, billing cycle, status, next billing date and payment method are shown in the Subscription & Billing panel.
- Change Plan — pick a different plan. If you already have an active subscription, the change applies immediately and you're charged or credited the prorated difference. If you're still on a trial, you'll be taken to secure checkout to start your subscription.
- Build Custom Plan — use the sliders to size offices, managers, employees, contractors, assets and parts. The monthly price updates live; switching applies the new amount to your subscription.
- Manage Payment — opens the secure payment portal to update your card.
- Cancel / Reactivate — cancelling keeps your service until the end of the current billing period; you can reactivate any time before it ends.
- Refresh — re-syncs the latest status from the billing provider.
- Invoice History — expand to view and download your past invoices.
Payments are processed securely by our billing provider, Paddle, who also handles sales tax/GST for your region. AXITRAQ never sees or stores your card details.
Add-ons¶
Add-ons are recurring extras (for example, a dedicated mobile/SMS line) billed together with your subscription.
- Open the Add-ons panel to see what's available and what you currently have.
- Add an add-on to attach it to your subscription — the prorated charge is applied immediately.
- Remove an add-on to take it off — the change is prorated immediately too.
You need an active subscription before you can add recurring add-ons.
Ordering supplies¶
Physical supplies — asset label rolls, QR-code parts books and site signage — are ordered from the Order Supplies panel and invoiced separately.
- Choose an item and click Order.
- Enter the quantity and your shipping address.
- Place the order. An invoice is emailed to your account email address.
Your recent supply orders and their status (ordered, invoiced, shipped) are listed in the same panel.
Frequently asked questions¶
When am I charged for a plan change or add-on? Immediately, with a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Your next invoice then reflects the new recurring total.
How do I update my card? Use Manage Payment in the Subscription & Billing panel to open the secure payment portal.
Are supplies billed on my subscription? No. Supplies are one-off purchases invoiced separately from your subscription.
